Steps For Registration

Step 1

Visit the Official Website : Go to https://asdp2025mumbai.org

Step 2

Click on the Registration Tab and peruse through the tariffs offered.

Step 3

Click On “Register Now” – at the very end of the tariff page or at the extreme right or at the top of the home page.

Step 4

Enter your Email Id

Step 5

Fill the Registration Form and Click “Next”.
Avoid Unnecessary Blank Spaces

Step 6

Choose Your Registration Type:

Residential: Congress Registration + Accommodation (2N & 3D)
Congress Registration + Accommodation (3N & 4D)
Non – Residential: Congress Registration Only

Step 7

Choose your preferred currency

Step 8

Choose Your Registration Category on the basis of your location and category

Category	Location
ASDP Member	Indian Delegate
ASDP Non - Member	Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMIC)
Trainee / Student / Technician	Overseas Delegates (Non-LMIC)
Trainee / Student / Technician (Non Members)

If Residential Registration: Select the hotel property, the package and occupancy. Click Next

Step 9

Indian Delegates: Choose their state
Others: Can skip the step

Step 10

Confirm your details

Step 11

Click on the “Pay Now” and make payment.

Step 12

Look for a confirmation email in your inbox from asdp2025@vama.events
